People of Cuttack are outraged by the dire situation of municipal services in Cuttack, Odisha. Local people are trying their best to save the boundaries of Raghunath ji temple cleaning it by themselves.
Raghunath Ji Temple is an ancient Indian temple dedicated to Lord Rama in the Nayagarh district of Odisha, India. Built by a Telegu king in ancient times, the Raghunath Temple is a historic building that is now in deterioration. There is no Trust Authenticator. Government needs to take necessary steps.
There is a garbage recycling plant installed by Cuttack municipality in Raghunath temple lane. The locality is densely populated with bad smell around.
Waste recycling plant installed a year ago in crowded place causing many diseases. The ignorance of municipality and deafness of government throw residents in not only perilous situation of degradation of environment but also their life at stake.
There is also installed a 4G Mobile Tower in the highly populated area by a resident. According to the guidelines followed in India, no mobile tower should be installed within a 100-metre radius of hospitals and educational institutes. Thus, such towers should be set up keeping in view the minimum limit.
While cancer is the biggest threat to people living in the vicinity of a mobile phone tower, there are other health issues too. People in the area experience sleep disorders, fatigue, headache, memory loss, depression, hearing problems, joint pains, skin diseases, and even cardiovascular problems.
